Kobonoti is a free, personal hobby project that runs locally in your browser to browse Kobo highlights and optionally sync them to Notion. It is provided "as is" without warranty.

By using Kobonoti, you agree to:

• Use the service only for your own personal data.
• Not reverse-engineer, abuse, or scrape the service APIs.
• Comply with the Terms of Service of Notion Labs, Inc. if using sync features.

You retain full ownership of your Kobo data and Notion content. The Kobonoti application code and design are owned by the operator and may not be redistributed without permission.

This service integrates with the Notion API. Your use of Notion is governed exclusively by Notion's Terms of Service. Kobonoti is not affiliated with Rakuten Kobo Inc. or Notion Labs, Inc.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, the operator accepts no liability for any damages, including data loss or loss of access to third-party accounts, arising from the use of this service. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
